Who we are

In the year 1976 our founder Chairman Late Sh. S.R Agarwal started the journey with a small manufacturing unit named M/s Vidyut Control India Pvt. Ltd. His dynamic leadership & dedication took the company to new heights & today its one of the leading manufacturer of Electrical Control panels.

1996

In the year 1996, he started another venture with the name M/s Superlite Jointings Pvt. Ltd, a small gasket materials manufacturing company with two Production lines.

2009

In the year 2009 a young engineer Mr. Varun Agarwal joined family business. Under his able leadership & guidance company reached new heights. Today the company has seven production lines producing Non Asbestos Jointing Sheets. Our dedicated team of R & D Engineers ensured that our product not only meets the customer requirements but also develop new grades to meet the challenges being faced at sites. Today we are one of the leading manufacturer of Gasket Materials globally.

2016

• In the year 2016 we launched one more product called Spiral Wound Gasket. Introduction of latest technologies ensured quality product is produced resulting in global attention.
• Our customers comprise leading companies belonging to the manufacturing industry, infrastructure, automotive, marine, oil & gas, the chemical industry, pulp & paper, the energy sector, food & beverage and the pharmaceutical industry.
